The cameraman exposes someone who put sticky notes over part of their front and back license plates and then calls out the driver of the car when the driver confronts the cameraman for removing the sticky notes. The cameraman highlights to the driver his dangerous history of speeding, including in school zones.
The ending of the video shows other instances of people doing things to conceal their license plate like crumpling the sides of the plate, putting tape over, or scratching off the paint so the letters aren’t legible, etc.

Filmer finds car with post-its on the plates, removes it, looks up the records for the plate, sees a bunch of infractions, later the owner of the car comes up and the filmer yells at him for having their plate covered and speeding in school zones, then there’s a montage of him removing coverings from a bunch of other plates

TYVM!
Thanks for taking the time to explain it rather than yell at me.

Fuck the driver. He deserves to get “narc’d” on, before he kills some kid.

Eh, I lost any sympathy I may have had at “speeding in school zones.”

With a tall Escalade. The sort that’s hard to see kids in front of them.
