There’s a good way of doing this and is by hand and applying uniform pressure to help people with contractures stretch.
None of that sudden intense pull where anything can go wrong.

Also not a doctor, but I remember reading, that those practices have paralyzed people - and I can believe that. Definitely not good.

The neck stuff they do increases risk of stroke. The whole chiropractic practice isn’t backed by medical research.

Those people started doing it becaus a ghost told a guy that the magical energy flows through the spine and every illness happens because the spine is misaligned and needs to be straighten. You don’t need a doctor to tell you the merit of all that
