      This is for minis in a jaffle iron type thing, I expect it would work in a pan picklet style.

      I cup flour, 1 egg, 1/2 cup white sugar, 2 tablespoons soft butter, tsp baking powder, about 1/2cup of milk & coffee at your personal caffeine level liking. Beat the lumps out. It should be kinda like icecream you forgot about but isn’t liquid.

      I also add a pinch of yeast and let it sit, but that’s totally optional. Dairy can switch for water and a neutral oil, but taste isn’t quite the same.

    Everyone had things on so no worries there.

    On the plus side I’m sitting on a lot of fajitas and spring rolls and no cleaning up… way better than my 4th birthday partay where the parents hired a magician who ‘disappeared’ our dog at the time (a Jack Russell). Now that was traumatic. Still don’t know how he did it.

        He did! Doggos name was ‘Buster’ because it used to jump the fence and run away all the time. In hindsight the magician shouldn’t have bothered because the fuckn thing was more than capable of disappearing without help. All of us kids cried though lol.
