    They say they use a modified torrent client which doesn’t upload at all. I don’t believe them though.

        A lot of times the rights holders sell the right to enforce the copyright to copyright trolls who don’t have the rights to distribute the content.

    If you need around with the qol settings in your router you can mitigate that.
