I can’t really pay for everything in cash these days. And if it goes into a bank account the IRS is gonna start sniffing around at some point.

The usual solution is to use the cash to pay for things that you can pay cash for - stuff you buy at a brick-and-mortar store like groceries, electronics, et cetera - while continuing to use your card to pay for the rest. It means you have the cash longer, but you’ll get through it eventually, and your regular income will stretch further in the meantime.
