    It’s nice and crunchy and refreshing in the summer. Except to make it taste like something, I usually fill the crack with peanutbutter and raisins, so it also had calories. 😮‍💨

      Celery is excellent to increase the volume an texture of any stew.

      I would also argue it’s an essential component of a Bloody Mary.

      I do the same. Putting the most calorie dense food on the least. It’s just an edible spoon at that point.

  But of course, they are not particularly tasty.

  Then there is 0 calorie industrial stuff that will cause you cancer.

  Cucumber, tomatoes, celery. And if you’re willing to prepare something, basically every vegetable qualifies.

  Nobody has ever gotten fat off of spinach or mushrooms.
