A bit unrelated (to the picture at least). But in general, knowing that there’s someone living in conditions worse than I am does not make me feel better at all. Am I strange?
Agree, jokes & picture aside, I always hated this type of comparison.
You’ll allowed to be sad if you miss your train, even if other people have their houses bombed and are starving.
You’re also allowed to be happy if you get a raise, even if others are already billionaires.
