      The rule would allow a third term for only presidents who served two nonconsecutive terms

  I do not think they will pass a constitutional amendment, so if Trump runs this will end up in court. I would like to see SC struggling to handle Obamas and Trumps case together.

    Usually they just ignore the courts and do what they want, but in this case it would be difficult to actually hold a nationwide election, even a sham one, because it would require enough of the states to cooperate and put him on the ballot. The only way he stays in is if he just refuses to leave, which might happen.
