The Roman Empire, which lasted about 1000 years, looking at the American Empire collapsing after 250 years:

Yup. He also wore Grover and Elmo’s pelts in this sketch.

If you put the hat on his head, it was a gift and he’s not stealing anything. No take-backsies!

Wow, memory unlocked! I haven’t thought about those books since I was a kid!

They don’t understand, but even if they did, they wouldn’t care.

I’m in California, but we do indeed have a lot of rednecks here! They’re just not the majority. Much as I’d love to secede, I don’t like the prospect of us basically being in Ukraine’s position - a valuable country that used to be part of our hostile neighbor that wants to forcibly take us back.

Is your country Germany? Please don’t repeat our mistakes AND the mistakes of your past! The AfD gaining ground is very worrisome.

a process of internal reflection on how we can not end up like you.
Better focus on that really hard, because the rise of far-right parties around the world shows a lot of people are heading in the same direction. Absolutely condemn us, but watch your own back yards as well.

You’re forgetting that the US military is what would be pointed at the blue states, not random rednecks. No way in Hell Mexico or Canada will be fighting that, nor should they be expected to.

The fact that it never went anywhere and was discontinued makes it even sadder. Fortunately for them, few people know the meme references them.

Yes, I meant for Christmas. You kid says “I want cod!”, so you buy three copes of the game for other family members as well? Why aren’t their parents buying the game for them?

This is not a shitpost.

Because they’re vegan, I guess?

It WAS at KFC, but appears to be discontinued.
- Comment on Anon works at gamestop 2 days ago:
I guess if one of the siblings is better off than the others, I could see them buying the same game for other family members, but it seems kind of unusual.
- Comment on braaiinnss 2 days ago:
These particular ones did, at least.
- Comment on Anon works at gamestop 2 days ago:
If it were a single one I could see a kid playing it to see if it’s any good, but three? Makes no sense. I know most of these green texts are fake, but anon could have done better.
- Comment on Anon works at gamestop 2 days ago:
The “three copies” part makes this seem really fake. Why would a parent buy more than one copy of a game?
- Comment on Basic courtesy 2 days ago:
Even if they do, in the US there are cart corrals in the parking lot that you leave them in. They need to be emptied and brought back to the store when they fill up.

That reminds me, I love the hannya/jolly roger fusion on Majima’s flag in the upcoming Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii! (Which I would not be pirating even if it weren’t Denuvo)

Because otherwise the parking lot would just be a mess of carts randomly felt everywhere.
