Person walking around my co-working space with no shoes on. I’ve got no issue if you take your shoes off under your desk, but then walking around the place with no shoes, nope.

You might be able to remind them that it’s an OHS issue being barefoot assuming you have a policy in place.

If you’ve worked there longer than them you could say “hey. I wouldn’t walk around bare foot. I’ve seen some things on this carpet”.

I worked in an office where one of the systems guys refused to wear shoes. Hr made him sign a waiver. I don’t really care about no shoes. I don’t find it gross.

Last receptionist would take her shoes off at her desk and then stick her feet out from under her desk. WHYYY did she think customers would be okay with seeing that?
Though she also sewed at her desk, played phone games and stole about $3k worth of stuff, so clearly she wasn’t quite the professional she tried to pretend she was.
