Definitely check out the first Darkwood! It’s story, atmosphere, and sound design are all amazing (here’s a good video essay if you don’t plan on playing). I don’t want to even hint at what it’s about because it’s best going in not knowing anything. The lore stays fascinating if you want to do an even deeper dive.

An unexpected surge of bets – including 30 wagers in 46 minutes from a professional bettor totaling $13,759 – came in on the under on Rozier’s points, rebounds and assists, causing sportsbooks to halt betting on the veteran guard. Rozier, then with the Hornets, played just 10 minutes before leaving the game, citing a foot injury.
They weren’t even subtle with this. To bet that much on a player and not even a star player, just a role player is suspicious af. Casinos aren’t stupid.

I’m one of those efficient employees who sometimes get taken advantage of. I generally don’t let it bother me because I’d rather just get shit done. And they know you get shit done, that’s why they give it to you lol it’s almost a compliment in a way? Of course some days it’s annoying, but I don’t really show it. Unless it’s egregiously unfair, I just do what I’m assigned because it’s not worth rocking the boat. At the end of the day, I know I’m competent and I’m paid well. And I don’t think about work when I’m off the clock because I have my own life/hobbies that make life awesome.

Idk but it’s regarded as “asian cheese” lol. I eat it on the side with rice, as a condiment moreso. Koreans will put it in sauce and soups too.
