Does it get better as it progresses? I dropped the game in Inazuma iirc part 3, might play until end of sumeru or fontaine (whichever is later) in a distant future just for finishing up what I started almost 2 yrs ago. Or wait till the story concludes then play the whole thing, if it ever actually concludes.

Genshin has been played by 150 mil people in china and another 150 mil in rest of the world according to a economic report by the game developer.

It might not be the one you want, but you always get what you pay for. Similar concept to blind-box toys.
With gachapon, you always “win,”
Disagree with the 2nd point here. If you are playing genshin or whatever, spend real life money on pulls to get a specific character and instead get something else, you have effectively lost. What you got is not what you spent your money for and possible not or barely valuable.

Tell me about it😅 FC 26 leaks VRAM to the point it is not playable if you have 4 gigs even on lowest settings
- Comment on 3 days ago:
I had a VM with that specs, win10 dialed down its ram usage to 1.4g. It took 3 mins to boot and another min to load chrome but was operable after that. Heck even 256m was enough to boot, but certainly not to install.

Even windows 10 will run on 2 gig of ram and hdd.

OP are you using Crossover or similar to play portal? The native mac version of Portal doesn’t support macOS newer than 10.14
- Comment on I would like to play a calm game 1 week ago:
I was about to recommend specifically OW because I played in 1-2 hour sessions over many months (not every week). I left the game open with the PC sleeping quite a few times to avoid losing my current run (and each time a blackout happened lol) however I did my fair share of silly stuff and didn’t feel pressured.

PC handhelds are nowhere near switch + switch 2, 3.5M units almost equal total number of Steam Decks sold since its launch in 2022.

I got 5-6 reports then stopped extracting the image because I got scared. Mostly PUP and info stealers, maybe 1 trojan.

I used WinXP till '19 with no signs of infections. Just extracting the .wim image of the PC was enough to trigger Defender on Win10. It was infected.

- Comment on Cyberpunk 2077: Patch 2.21 1 year ago:
Correct me if I am wrong: If you use steam console to download an old version of the game, regardless of currently installed version, steam downloads the whole game. Let’s say I was on v2.1, the game received an update v2.2 and I downloaded it normally through Steam, this downloads only the difference between 2.1 and 2.2. Let’s say I have 2.2, the game doesn’t use the “betas” feature and I want to downgrade the game. Steam ignores the current 2.2 install and downloads 2.1 in its entirety.

EAC installation process includes “registration” of a game, and the uninstall process “unregisters” the game. If all games using EAC are uninstalled, EAC itself also should be uninstalled.
