- Comment on What's the worst instance of plot armour on characters you've seen in TV? 3 days ago:
It’s a very different take on superheroes. But yea, a bit too much plot armor considering how many people Homelander kills on a whim. And those aren’t even people plotting his downfall.

I will be shocked if what we currently have can help in any meaningful way.
Feel like it would be more useful for B movies because all the thing AI doesn’t get quite right won’t be as big a deal. No one wants to go see the next Avenger and see a poster in the background with gibberish in it. Or Thor having an extra thumb for a few frames.

US citizens are laughing at you too. Our security became a joke almost overnight.

This is insulting to clowns. They are at least supposed to provide entertainment, unlike this leather bag.
- Comment on I miss a show like Person of Interest 2 weeks ago:
I have to say, it’s pretty funny to see a comment asking what happened to a person on a TV show then seeing a reply that says "Deleted by creator, " even if I know it meant the comment was deleted.

- Comment on What is a TV show that was one of your favourites, but just went on for far too long? 3 weeks ago:
In a lot of ways, Bleach. I loved it when it came out, but I’ve had no interest in re-watching it. The problem for me is that the fighting doesn’t really show enough growth throughout the series, especially Ichigo. Everything is just to get a stronger Getsuga Tensho once he gets his bankai.
And I say this as someone who has re-watched Naruto more than once.
I’m sure there’s more but I’m finding it hard to remember things I used to like but no longer do.

I can’t find anything that suggests that. All I can find is a claim that Musk has made (with no evidence) and a quote from an astronaut that says he believes Musk (and explicitly says he has no evidence to the assertion Musk made).
Musk also claims Biden kept the astronauts up there for political reasons. Which makes no sense. How does them being stuck up there help Biden or democrats in any way? If anything, doesn’t it make them look bad? Not that it should because there was already a backup plan in place. They’ve been following the backup plan this whole time.
What I can find are articles from August/September that say SpaceX was planning to get the astronauts in February of this year. Thjs link is for an article from the end of August, astronomy.com/…/a-brief-history-of-astronauts-stu…. Again, that seems to be exactly the plan that has unfolded.
Until there’s some evidence otherwise, there’s no reason to believe what Musk is saying.

Fuck if I know. One of the reasons I don’t use ice.
- Comment on Steam is a ticking time bomb. 5 weeks ago:
It’s definitely happened before, though I couldn’t say to what extent. The reason has been that if they rate games from major developers too poorly they stop getting access to their new games before release.
I care very little about critics these days though, and it’s mostly for the reason you suggest, differing opinions. If they don’t like the same types of games I like, what good is their rating to me? I’m not taking the time to try to find a critic that has similar tastes as me.

DRM is usually known for big games before they are released. You can find articles about how the DRM works online. If it’s a new type of DRM, they usually describe how it works.
