Yea, that’d be crazy.

Do you mean schizo, like schizophrenic? I have to admit I’ve never thought about how the slang term looks spelled out. It looks weird.

- Comment on McDonald’s employee in ICU after coworker allegedly threw hot oil on him: ‘Why would he do this to me?’ 1 week ago:
How well this will heal? They mention it only being second degree burns which doesn’t sound too bad, but they also mention skin grafts and being in a ton of pain. Not things I typically associate with second degree burns. However, I imagine the coverage area may be much of the problem.
- Comment on If Company A tells your ISP we'll call Company B, that you are downloading DMCA stuff and your Company B lets you know this. Doesn't Company A need at least a warrant for entering? 2 weeks ago:
Probably just autocorrect, but *fourth.
- Comment on Neo, wake up! 2 weeks ago:
Other than the CGI the only thing wrong with it is it’s a setup for a bad sequel. That’s why it’ll never be good for me. I feel like I’m getting half of a story that’ll never be finished.
- Comment on Neo, wake up! 2 weeks ago:
I thought that was the Warhammer prequel.
- Comment on Neo, wake up! 2 weeks ago:
Reloaded wasn’t that bad, though the CGI certainly doesn’t hold up. Revolutions was pretty bad though, apart from the action.

- Comment on So, has age verification really become the new normal? 4 weeks ago:
Depends on how the site implements things. Age verification can be regardless of region, or it can just be for specific regions. This holds true for pretty much any feature.
- Comment on Trump settles $10 billion lawsuit against IRS over tax returns, sets up $1.7 billion fund for claims of "weaponization" 4 weeks ago:
I can’t keep up with this. The outcome has changed like 3 times in the past week. First it was a monetary settlement directly for him. Then it changed to this. Yesterday I read that the lawsuit got stopped. And now it’s back to this. What the fuck is actually happening with this suit?

- Comment on Why don't subtitles match dubbing? | Tom Scott [8:25] 2 months ago:
Based on other videos I’ve seen here the TL;DR
Subs and Closed Captions serve different purposes. The latter is for accessibility/hard of hearing and meant to be a literal transcription of what is said in that language. The former is mostly meant for language translations. To aid in understanding.
Dubs have to roughly match mouth movements because the video is the same for all languages. I know this isn’t true in every instance, but close enough.
Subs are translations from the original language, not from the dubbed audio.

- Comment on Colorado lawmakers debate bill that would ease union formation in the state 3 months ago:
Plus, what incentive do you have to join if you get the benefits without paying? No one would join, the union gets smaller and smaller, then it disappears. I’m sure that’s part of the actual intention.
