  100%. The only gripes I have:

  Not all games support it. Looking directly at Fromsoft specifically. It’s 2026 and ultrawide monitors are here to stay.

  Baked in black bars on the top and bottom of videos to force them to be 16:9. Utterly useless for everyone, even 16:9 users, and ruins the native ultrawide experience you might have had with that trailer or whatnot.

  Yeah where I live there is this funny obsession with waiting for the walk light and soo many people just step out without looking. Meanwhile you will often literally get people grumbling at you if you walk on a red no matter how clear the street is.

  1. Level vigor
  2. Iframes - understand and get used to the dodge roll mechanic
  3. Upgrade the weapon with your favorite moveset once you have the base stats to use it

  The rest has been said here. No need for mods, just try something else and/or go somewhere else if you hit a wall. There are a few difficulty spikes but they are overcome with additional leveling
