One recommendation is a food tracking app. Personally I use MacroFactor, which gives custom calorie intake recommendations based on how fast/slow you’re losing/gaining weight.
This is great as it allows you to select a slow, healthy, sustainable weight loss speed and the calories are simply adjusted to match that (weighing in regularly will be necessary)

Yea DoorDash and the like are inherently reliant on tipping. If you don’t like tipping in general then fair enough, just order somewhere that pays minimum wage+ (aka not doordash)

I’m male and was a briefly anorexic as a teen.
I’d say it was mostly the former that affected me, feeling ugly and fat compared to my peers. Media and film made me feel matching them was of high importance.

One thing to keep in mind is if you’re watching old DVD’s, pay for low-tier Netflix, or have low quality pirated content, the difference will be way less noticeable.

I’d make a couple points against that
- We don’t “all agree” we’re born with specific sexual preferences. That’s not objective fact, it’s a hypothesis that can’t really be proven.
I’m Bi and don’t inherently know I was born this way. I have tons of personality and character traits that are impossible to assign to nature vs nurture, including sexual orientation.
- Gender tropes change between cultures a ton, with various expectations and preferences. Differences in sex doesn’t just change by region like gender-tropes, humans are humans. Hence sexual preference based on sex and physical bodies is arguably more immutable

By the time they’re old enough to have memories and concious thought, they have already been socialized.
