Almost everyone uses discord for voip now. You can even use it in a browser.
I’ve got friends I still talk to on a regular from over 20 years ago from an MMO I played. Hell one of them, is a friend myself and another friend who I know offline still game with to this day, we’ve known them for almost 20 years now.
Get a better mic, download or browse to discord and act like a human.
- Comment on If the 2028 United States presidential election was held today, who would you vote for? 5 days ago:
They did that so you don’t have political opponents using the courts to make up some random charges against their opponents. It makes perfect sense. The people failed and voted for the grand ol pedophile…the constitution didn’t make them.

Sounds like it. Probably moved to Mexico for the cheaper labor and OSHA violations probably were barreling down on him.
- Comment on Yummy yummy, in my tummy 1 week ago:
Wtf, were was this at? Assuming not the USA, OSHA would have had a field day with that.
- Comment on Yummy yummy, in my tummy 1 week ago:
That sounds fucking awful. Did they not give you guys any PPE?
- Comment on Yummy yummy, in my tummy 1 week ago:
How’d they get popcorn lung from that? Did it aerosolize from the us?
BTW those people who got popcorn lung which ended up coining the term, all were heavy heavy smokers. So yes it’s dangerous but it’s one of those…well it probably didn’t help that they smoked like freight trains.

That sounds horrible, I guess it’s more healthy than bearing grease though.
- Comment on Yummy yummy, in my tummy 1 week ago:
Same here and you’d be surprised. It’s one of those unnaturally putrid smells that even trying to breathe through your mouth fails to dilute.
- Comment on Yummy yummy, in my tummy 1 week ago:
Diff oil that’s been burned and over due for a change is probably one of the most vile things on the planet. Even rotting carcasses don’t match it.
- Comment on Yummy yummy, in my tummy 1 week ago:
Might have been some other compound, cause straight bearing grease for cars/trucks/heavy equipment/etc doesn’t smell pleasant at all.
- Comment on Yummy yummy, in my tummy 1 week ago:
Try smelling used diff or transmission oil…
- Comment on Yummy yummy, in my tummy 1 week ago:
Has no one ever smelled bearing grease? Even fresh it smells terrible.

Same here, but everyone used it by…just siting the sources at the bottom of the page. It was honestly the dumbest logic ever. Professors telling you, you can’t use Wikipedia because anyone can edit it, but being ok with the literal source the Wikipedia article used for its info…just made zero sense.

And if it’s from the 1960/70s… removed it from one room and then the rest of the house I just tore out the ceilings and replaced with new drywall…fuck wallpaper and fuck popcorn ceilings.

It’s absolutely fun with friends, we put in around that many hours and then haven’t played it much since, but for the $10 we paid. It was well worth it.

Yep, southern ice is like trying to ice skate with one leg while blindfolded and deaf. You got 0 control.
- Comment on He's on a mission 2 months ago:
The issue with “snow” in the south isn’t the snow part. It’s the ice. Southern snows usually happen when it’s warm enough to melt the first bit of snow then it drops to freezing temps and the roads turn to sheets of ice. That and the majority in the south don’t have winter tires, they run all seasons because when it does snow, it lasts just a few days at most. Why risk lives when it’s just a few days.

In my state, it doesn’t matter if he’s 25 or 55. If he drives my car regularly he has to be on my policy for my car. That’s the law. He has his own policy, for his own car. I don’t ever drive his car, so I’m not on his policy. But since his car is a Mini, he borrows mine a lot too. And I don’t like committing insurance fraud, so I follow the law.
The car is insured, not the driver. Your comment made it sound like you still had him on your policy for his car.
Dunno where you are, but in the US, 16 year olds drive.
In the USA, and while this is correct that they can drive, they shouldn’t be. Just as when someone hits 65 they should be required to take yearly driver courses. A vehicle is not a right it’s a privilege. We should have mass transit and the same level of driving requirements the EU has to get a license. Way to make people absolutely fucking suck at driving, and unfortunately the elderly and teens make up the majority of crashes.
And every kid and every family is different. You parent your child, and I’ll parent mine. You’re not entitled to even form a fucking opinion on my parenting.
No where did I question your parenting. I made a comment about an over all belief that kids need more responsibility these days. Calm down padre.

The article quoted in this post said a 25 year old, didn’t even notice it said millennials in the picture lol my bad.
Parents did the same shit, it’s mayo…the fuck it is. That shit is vile, and should be wiped from the planet and all recipes on how to make it should be burned.
- Comment on 3 months ago:
That article wasn’t about millennials, it was about genz. A lot of condiments have a mayo style base though.
Also hater of miracle whip…shit is terrible. Mayo is king.
- Comment on Great Depression: Part Deux 3 months ago:
18 here but at that age kids gotta grow up. Helping them financially when they get into a pickle is one thing but not teaching them what stuff costs sets them up for a world of hurt.
- Comment on 3 months ago:
It should be, “mayo like all foods in younger generations isn’t as popular because their palates haven’t gotten to that point yet”.
This is the level of journalism now… complete shit. You’re tastes change over time…so this generation magically hates mayo now? Might as well say this new generation hates their greens.
- Comment on Great Depression: Part Deux 3 months ago:
That’s crazy, it means you’re going to write off the entire worth of the vehicle in 2 years time. The hell do you live that you’re paying $500 a month for 2 vehicles? Or do you have a shit driving record?
