Oh yeah. Get a cheap laptop, pi, or PC. Whip Linux and casaos on there. Instant web based environment for file access. Add jellyfin or Plex for media streaming. Setup a VPN service to access it remotely. Takes some googling but well worth it.

If they rate highly there I’ll just search up the organization’s controversies and make sure nothing is currently going wrong.
At the end of the day there’s no guarantee regardless so just donate and feel good about it knowing you did your research.

For me it’s just quick and accurate. Every tool for a job. I can make a cup quickly, to the temp I need (green/black teas, coffees etc.)
No guessing of temps or times. No need to ramp up the stove and burn all that energy.
