Yeah I was reading about the editing guidelines and they have a principle that surprised me at first:
Basically, you could edit an article with information you know is true (like your bedrooms or fireplaces), but truth is not the criteria that edits get tested upon. It must be verifiable by a source.
Pretty cool that you didn’t just give up and actually got the local newspaper to interview you! That’s awesome!

I’m confused — GPUs main function is to be able to do lot’s of calculations in parallel, vs a CPU which does one thing at a time (simplistically).
GPUs aren’t only used solely for video, it’s just that graphics are an excellent use case for this type of processing.
So I don’t think AI companies are buying GPUs for video output and more because they can process lots of training calculations in parallel. Like how bitcoin miners use GPUs even though there’s no video involved in that

Libraries are basically the only remaining third space, but they don’t fill the same need as the original commentor. Libraries don’t have places for kids to run around, be noisy, and climb things. That would be awesome though

It’s the male version of “foid” which is short for “femoid.” I’ve never heard or seen “moid” before, like you say. I barely knew anything about him tbh. I knew four things:
- He was a world-class boxer
- He owned a tiger
- He has a lisp
- He was in Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out!!
I only respected him because he was one of the best in the world at something. I knew nothing of his character, which I now know is bad

Meetups and clubs based around certain interests have worked well for me.
Examples: writing clubs, chess clubs, book clubs, hiking clubs, debate clubs, etc.
I have trouble at parties where I have to find things to talk about with people I don’t know, but at interest clubs then we’re all there for the same purpose and there’s a clear thing to talk about! If you hit it off with anyone, then you can begin hanging out outside of the club

They do actually appear the same size in the sky though, which is why we get perfect eclipses. The Moon is slowly getting further away from Earth so it won’t be forever. We’re just in a lucky moment of time in the universe.
It really is just a coincidence.
