Well apparently all it would need to do is be a generstive AI trained on the image of a cstslytic converter in order to ““steal”” them.

Theres no issue with sugarless beans, but baked beans is a recipe with beans and sugar. If you take the sugar out its not the same recipe.
- Comment on Got a six-pack for me and the boys 4 days ago:
Because sometimes you put sugar in savoury stuff? Have you never had barbeque sauce before?
- Comment on Got a six-pack for me and the boys 4 days ago:
None of those are baked beans though.

I hate actual musicals, but generally like musical episodes of TV shows, like Scrubs and Community both have good ones.

Its genuinely crazy how the biggest software compsny on the planet is genuinely completely and utterly incompetent at making software. Like xbox is one thing, but even their core PC software is a complete fucking joke.
I unfortusntrly have to work with microsoft enviroments and if youre using a sharepoint list to store data and you hide a column, then want to unhide it, you need to go into the the kegacy version of sharepoint, then into the list settings, columns, then unhide the colum from there. And the “new” version of shsrepoint is like 3-4 yesrs old at this point, but still diesnt have all the basic features.
Then theres powerapps, which is genuinely just awful. Like say you have an app with multiple buttons you want to change the colour of. You cant select more than one at a time and change the colour en mass, you have to do each one individually.
Or when importing a project from another enviroment, you cant import multiple power automate workflows at once, you have to do each individually.
And that not even touching on fucking windows.
If they djdnt have the desktop PC market held completely hostage, they would have gone bankrupt a long time ago.

If im not in actual physical dnager because shes near me, then whats the point?
- Comment on The Steam controller was ahead of its time 1 month ago:
Yeah thats kind of the point. It doesnt have 2 joysticks so I just buy an Xbox one instead. So it cant compete with the gold standard of crontrollers.
And you can say it has pursose in non controller games but its still worse than a traditional keyboard and mouse in that repect as well as a keyboard with an integrated trackpack.
So theres maybe a small niche of playing non controller games in situations where you dont have a desk and you dont want to use an integrated keyboard, where it does a bit better than the competition. Any other situation you have better options. Which IMO if its worse in most use cases and only a bit better than the competetion in designed niche, then its not really a good product.
- Comment on The Steam controller was ahead of its time 1 month ago:
No. The touch pads were fucking stupid and it needed 2 actual joysticks.
Any move towards less physical controls and feedback is bad.

Eh, until we’re truly a post scarcity society (if such a thing is even possible) scientist would have to justify use of resources no matter what the system we use.

Do you not remember the time Shigeru Miyamoto destabilised a small African nation in order to send in send in his private security force (they have little goomba helmets it’s adorable!) to overthrow the government and take other under the guise of being a “peacekeeping” force and then proceeded to force all the inhabitants to work in their factories making Amibos, or punished dissenters by forcing them to work as game devs??
It was pretty big news at the time.

Lmao what logic did you throw in my face?
You didn’t even address my point? You litterally just made up a completely different point and argued against that instead, because you only care about winning an argument and you couldn’t do that since my point was very obviously correct.
Alumium is factually the original name. You can’t say that then say Americans use Aluminum because it’s the original name, because its not the original name, alumium is. That’s just basic logic. A statement of fact that you can’t argue against. But by all means feel free to make up a different argument that you can argue against little guy.
- Comment on Add it to the pile of reasons to hate 'em 2 months ago:
Okay, whatever you need to tell yourself little buddy.
If ‘winning’ internet arguments is that important to you can go ahead and chalk this one up as a win if that makes you feel better about yourself. 😉
- Comment on Add it to the pile of reasons to hate 'em 2 months ago:
Yes it is, you’re constructing an argument that im not making and then arguing against that instead of what im actually saying. It’s actually textbook strawman.
