As long as context is clearly explained and sources named I don’t disagree. But they’ve been less than reliable about that in the past.

That they were/are pretty pro Russia and have uncritically disseminated Russian agitprop intended to destabilize the US.

Isn’t that the whole point of the AI push? To get us fully into that level of surveillance state, and to have it automated? Flock is doing its part but really they don’t need cameras to track people anymore.

Half of Hispanic men voted for Trump. 1 in 5 black men voted for Trump. Agricultural workers overwhelmingly vote republican. We all deserve what we’re getting for letting it fuckin happen in the first place, hell even now half of Americans think both parties are the same. So yeah, they fuckin deserve it. So do you. So do I. So does every US American.

We lost containment because doge cut funding while beef snuggling in Mexico has ramped up, so it’s not just Trump’s fault. But he saw a brush fire and poured gas on it. Beef is going to a luxury for wealthy Americans. Just like pets are becoming. Somebody noticed that the bottom half of the country functionally does not participate in “the economy” so their solution is to eliminate them. Letting the screw fly run loose helps that goal. See also the repeal of environmental protections and regulations.

They’re entitled welfare queens (that absolutely refuse to acknowledge their welfare because they’re entitled) that vote consistently against everyone’s best interest so they can keep growing garbage corn that we turn into garbage fuel that destroys engines. Fuck farmers. Monoculture bullshit fucking the soil.

Even if states band together who they gonna send? Police side with ice. Military sides with ice. Maybe you get the state national guard and some reservists but you’d need the guard to effectively mutiny and hope they follow the state instead of the fed. Realistically there’s no way organized fighting occurs. It’s just going to be police and military killing protesters with an occasional guerilla strike against them.

So you hope the oppressors gain a conscience. Good fuckin luck with that. Violence to enforce is rarely justified, violence to defend usually is. Pacifism has never gained rights or prevented the loss of them.

Unpausable is unforgivable in the modern age but I generally don’t mind unskippable if and only if it’s the first time the scene plays on a profile.
