I don’t know about others but I imagine for a lot its just guilt by association. I’ve definitely been feeling it for a while.

I would only argue against that definition in saying it is a bit dated. It is not the modern definition of the term.

here i am in the US and i have no idea how the US fits the defintion. A high standard of living is an important part of the definition and when only about 10-20% of the population fits into that bubble, I’m not sure if the definitions fits.
