- Comment on Left-wing terrorists carried out more attacks than conservatives this year, shocking new data shows 2 weeks ago:
Love that the daily mail doesn’t link to the study or the original article that they’re pulling from. The study can be found here.
While the conclusion that daily mail is putting forth may be technically correct, it’s completely missing additional context. One giant piece of context that’s missing is that right wing terrorist attacks are absurdly low this year compared to previous ones. That’s it. That’s the only reason that left wing terrorism is higher than right wing.
Per the article:
Indeed, a dramatic decline in right-wing incidents in 2025 has contributed significantly to the relative increase in left-wing incidents. So far, 2025 is the first year in the CSIS data where the number of left-wing incidents is greater than the number of right-wing ones.
Further, per table 1, right wing attacks are responsible for 152 attacks resulting in 112 killed in the timeframe sampled, while left wing attacks represent 35 attacks with 13 killed.
This is a deliberate misrepresentation of the true perpetrators of terrorism in the US. Y’all just don’t want to hear that.

Fair enough man, I appreciate the offer. I’m in the Midwest, so it’s unlikely, but that is a very goofy statue. Here’s a picture I took of a turtle that I very much did not rape.

And? You voted for a felon insurrectionist and you’re holding water for a hate spewing propagandist. You say that you don’t agree with homophobic attitudes, yet you are enabling the most homophobic, transphobic, xenophobic, and racist regime that has existed in decades. Just because you aren’t carving swastikas into bullets doesn’t mean that you aren’t complicit in the absurd levels of cruelty being perpetrated by the modern right wing.

I don’t think someone calling Charlie Kirk a non hateful person is at all in a position to be a judge of any other person’s character. Continue the sarcastic condescension though, it’s not like you have an actual argument. I’m not surprised you idolize this guy.

You don’t need balls to debate a brick wall. He’s actually a more honest debater now than he was 2 days ago.

Americans have already been breaking immigration records into other countries this year.
Americans may not be getting bombed, but the national guard is being called in to enact brutality on protesters in cities that are left leaning. Historically, this type of escalation leads to bloodshed, and is an illegal and heavily fascist tactic.
People get arrested for social media posts all of the time, virtually everywhere. I don’t even know what you’re trying to imply here.
Americans are being deported without due process to facilities in other countries where they will likely die due to being the wrong skin color.
Americans are getting sick because the current administration has been destroying the EPA, removing the ability to get COVID vaccines, and continuing to prop up a healthcare system that is solely motivated by greed.
I’m not even touching the xenophobia of the last point, not that any of the points you made were either salient or made in good faith. You’re just parroting alt-right talking points.
Now you’ll reply back with some goalpost moving or an ad hominem attack without addressing that you’re caught in a lie.

Shit, after operation paperclip it was pretty obvious that high level leadership didn’t have that much of an issue with Nazi ideology. It was true then, and it hasn’t become any less true as time has separated us from the atrocities they commited.
