I mean, the module itself is fine. Some linux distros can also take advantage of that with full disk encryption, instead of putting keys in the ram, store in in TPM which make it harder for keys to get extracted if it gets stole while on.
But of course microsoft is gonna try to use it nefariously for some DRM stuff.

You can become an American, British, Canadian, German, Japanese, or Chinese, in terms of Citizenship/Nationality, but you can’t just magically change from White to Black or to Asian, or vice versa.

To put in in perspective. A Moto G Play is $150 (at retail, not including discounts) and can withstand a razor blade scratching the screen, the inner screen of a foldable phone, which is 10x the cost, cannot withstand a simple fingernail.
