It’s probably true. They’re at least not as brainwashed and irreparably fucked in the head as many Redditors, since they turned that site into thinly-veiled Stormfront (I guess Anglo-Saxon/Western restless rage was brewing there but Trump made it all look okay?) and they seem to be okay with it. 🤷

With people like these in power I feel like the rest of the world won’t have to suffer America for that much longer, lol.

Everything the West knows is “enjoyment” and the pleasures of this world, lol. So I say f that, stop focusing on hedonism and focus on personal responsibility and leaving a positive mark on this world. 👍

Yeah definitely the others were burned down until only the OFFICIAL RELIGIOUS BOOK OF THE EMPIRE was allowed, with all the additions, subtractions and modifications they thought should happen. 🥲

Hehe I didn’t mean it as “rethink your thoughts” but “rebuild your entire thinking process”. 😅

Oh I mean, certainly they would be, right? It’s just Abrahamic monotheism plus the wise words of big J (who didn’t even like to be called “good” and prayed often asking God for help!). I guess you could say Jesus went against some of the mores of the time and religious adjacent things, kinda like someone going against the 5 daily prayers in Sunni Islam, but he never went against the basic concept of “God exists, he’s good and he will judge us for our deeds” so idk if I can take him away from Judaism/Abrahamic monotheism, he was just a reformer of the things surrounding it like religious misogyny and quickness for judgment, for instance. Regardless, he was a “Jew” of the time, idk if some uneducated folk believe he just woke up one day in a vacuum and said “hey here’s me and here’s the whole Bible and a brand new religion, enjoy!” 😅
- Comment on Anti-masturbation DLC 1 week ago:
Neither do I, that’s why I call him big J, the man, and not “one of the deities of Roman Catholicism”. 😅
- Comment on This whole exchange 1 week ago:
Jesus was a monotheist Jew of the time, hence the whole “I didn’t come to break the law but to fulfill it” and even frequently references Solomon (past prophet of the Jewish faith), and his first followers were literally Christian Jews (they accepted Jesus as a new prophet and added him to the list). The Romans used these incipient communities, his image and his words (plus a lot of Paulian stuff, which is where the contradictions come) to Frankenstein their way into creating a new religion, and the rest is history.

They think attacking the symptoms is attacking the cause…

You don’t need any labels to agree with the fundamental truths and moral teachings of big J. If you have eyes to see and ears to hear (the subvocalization inherent in reading, because we’re around 2000 years too late to hear him preach, lol), the Sermon of the Mount just makes sense, for instance.
Idk what this person is doing besides memeing for our collective amusement, but if they’re for real they need to rethink the way they think before they start any applied philosophical pursuits. 😅

When it comes to fighting the plebs, they’re one party. The alternate power by necessity but it’ll stay within one or another group. And stop being silly and Russophobic, lol, I’m some random brown man online. Don’t you think I’d love to feel like I’m wrong about this? 😔

For the reds, Mamdani is all the redscare, islamophobe and racist things they’ve been told to hate. For the blues, he’s some sort of saviour and proof that democracy in America can actually work as intended, and isn’t just something between entertainment and PR. You need a protagonist and an antagonist to build a narrative, after all. But the system never worked in your favour and nobody in power has any morals or virtue (else they’d just get taken out, lol, you think the CIA is above that?). And the population either doesn’t care or doesn’t notice because they themselves are iffy, their cultural baggage came with everything but belief in objective morality and virtuous duty to the rest of humanity. The “all that matters is the bag and my pleasure, death, rape and pillaging is acceptable if I get what I want” culture will never breed respectable people in enough quantities, if they happen to exist there is by accident, and none will reach a position of power.
They tried dark skin with Obama but they can’t do that again, then they tried white female but she was an obvious see you next Tuesday, so they tried pushing AOC cause she’s a bit more personable and attractive while being brown but she’s not that popular either so now they’re going with brown “Muslim” man, that’s all.

Meta comment: Why would a simple semantic disagreement/misunderstanding cause this much friction? Because it’s not about semantics, but about hurt feelings and pecking order.

Trascendental polytheism? Are these “gods” involved in any way with our "plane of existences? Are they one or two beings or whole races? Do they have their own “gods” and so on like a multiplanar Matrioska doll? 🤔😅

From personal experience after accompanying a friend to the casino twice: this shit is like an expensive and extremely boring way to lose money. I’d rather just burn it, at least it could provide some warmth and spectacle. I’m not one to just claim everything is determined by one’s intelligence but if you enjoy the experience and/or you think you’re making money out of it and your prefrontal cortex is fully formed, ehh…

- Comment on If you want to be famous - you have to think outside the box 1 month ago:
The immaculate conception is one of the least interesting and relevant parts of what made Jesus “big J, the wandering prophet”. He embodied a revitalisation and vindication of monotheistic righteousness and the idea of objective moral truths. He was so wise he was compared to Solomon, and if you believe the stories that recount how he was challenging the status quo by treating women “normally”, not condemning folks when nobody is perfect (he was very much against all forms of empty virtue signalling), being a “servant leader”, and just waking the Jews of the time from their moral slumber, it’s easy to see why.
Only those who worship Jesus (when he didn’t even like being called “good”!) instead of worshiping God and following Jesus would think the immaculate conception is that big of a deal. Whether he had 1, 2 or 20 parents, what he said and did stand by themselves and are as relevant today as they were yesterday.
