- Comment on "You can't just have Geralt for every single game" says his voice actor, and if you think The Witcher 4 making Ciri the protagonist is "woke," then "read the damn books" 14 hours ago:
The first game didn’t have much in the way of story. The focus was on the puzzles and adventuring. I don’t think that makes her less of a woman character. In a video game, the assets are the only difference, anyway. Not that women can’t be rough and adventurous and physical and like guns.

Haha, no problem.

I feel like I get a pretty good idea of what a game is like from reviews and discussions.

Very interesting. I’ve enjoyed having a foldable phone, although the screen is starting to crack at the center.
- Comment on Hey Randy, I'm not sure if saying that a "real fan" will figure out how to pay $80 for Borderlands 4 is a good look 3 days ago:
2 and the prequel were great, but I have no interest in the series after 3. The playable characters and skills weren’t really appealing, and the plot was so bad, I wish it hadn’t had one. If 4 looks amazing, maybe I’ll try it when it’s on sale.

I could picture it actually happening. I used to work with a bunch of people who constantly, for years, talked about how much they hated Northerners and people who had been to college.

The only way I know anything about the games I buy is by reading the store page. If I have to go looking for the dev’s website, it’s because something has gone wrong.

The plot, characters, art style. I love stories where you’re solving a mystery, and having the main character be a person I could relate to made it more engaging. Then there’s that freaky red field at the end…
- Comment on I have a shamefully dark question for firefighters. I'm sorry but I'm just too curious to not ask... It's about the smell and how that affects life. 2 weeks ago:
I think it depends on the diet and body composition, as well as how long they’ve been dead and under what climate conditions. Some smell sweet or fruity. Some smell, like, dusty. The way an old crypt smells. Some have a sour or rancid smell.

Win 2k was my favorite. Ran well and gave the user total control over the system.

Dnscrypt-proxy has no comparison, IMO. DNS encryption, caching, IP & domain blocking, local DoH. It’s so useful.
