Sounds like a tax on those who need a catcher or can’t use the self checkout for various reasons. I could see stores just removing all the staff on the tills and switch to a self checkout only.

In a lot of rescue situation if you can walk, you will walk. A helicopter has its own risks and issues.

- Comment on British public more likely to prefer Count Binface wins Clacton by-election than Nigel Farage 5 weeks ago:
In Furness to him Farrage will have to interrupt his visit to America and GBNews show to go door to door so I could see it being a quiet summer for the voters
- Comment on Anon invents a time machine 5 weeks ago:
Considering that all the major nations upper classes where willing to send their young over the top to get a few inches of french soil I would say it would take a lot of talk to get them to calm down. Some countries where willing to go to war because they didn’t want left out. It was also an age of honour and national glory so people are high off nationalism and the next fix is going out for a good fight.
- Comment on Record 128 people cross Channel in one small boat 5 weeks ago:
Like the word used for mentally disabled people moves to become a slur and we collectively need to find a new word. So will the word for those moving across borders. We need to shift away from the demonisation of migrants and let the integrate into the community without making there class something to be ashamed of.

I was having a look round the back. We are all out of twin sisters. The best I can do is a woman with a twin brother.

- Comment on JD Vance visits Milan, Italy 6 months ago:
They are flown ahead of the visit. I’m sure there are multiple fleets and perhaps a few doted around the country for frequent visits at NY, camp David or maralargo. But for other countries it’s a fly in and fly out.
- Comment on Start-up idea 6 months ago:
That would be relevant if we had no idea why the device broke down. In a plane shot down we can assume it was hit in a place that is critical to flight. We don’t know what took it down. We know the 5 year old fridge is not working because a $3 thermostat has stopped working but the part is not available and the computer onboard will not accept a generic one off the shelf.

It’s probably russian bots and Americans that have never left the tristate area.
- Comment on Australians banned social media. Now they are worried about teenagers going outside with e-bikes 6 months ago:
We had the same. But the child on the bike died from there injuries. The bike went missing. so we don’t know the condition of the bike. No one talked to the “filth” cus snitches get stitches and all that. You would think the community would learn and ban it internally however there is still mini dirt bikes on the green where it happend and it’s As if it never happend.
- Comment on Church Called 7 months ago:
Unless it’s a very small church it should have a finance admin to manage all business/church expenses. Just need to get the receipts and they can reimburse you from church funds. i have even submitted screen shots.
I would imagine the overhead for maintaining non profit or tax exempt status takes more than one form in April. So it should be deligated out.
Trashy is an understatement. They have a phone and a phone plan and they want even more.

Bit more nuanced as wreckage and salvaged items are not naturally occuring.

Is that not how you are ment to put the devider down. If the next person to put it down you may still have stuff to put on the convaer belt. This is potentially a high stakes event.

- Comment on Not to get all religiony but why in the old testament God was all fire and brimstone and fatal consequences? But the new testament God is all about forgiveness and such?? 10 months ago:
It depends where you read. There is fire and brimstone in the new testament. Revelation is a book that doesn’t hold back and we see a wrothful God of judgment. But then there stories of Josiph and his brothers, or the book of Daniel, shows that there is forgivness in the old testament as well.

- Comment on Bosses can reject applicants who support rival football team to existing staff, judge says 11 months ago:
The comments came in the case of a woman who took legal action after she lost out on a job with a marketing agency because she didn’t “vibe” with her interviewer.>
it was vibes that lost the women her interview. I would assume that vibes make up more dissisions on hiring panels than we think.
