You know what would reduce it by almost 50%? Not spending half your salary on rent…
Maybe then people could afford solar panels, insulation, heat pumps and general home improvements with their newly discovered 100% increase in spending

If you’re looking for the second best time to take action - it’s right now!

100% agree - I think people shouldn’t use somebody’s inborn body features as an insult.
However, based on OP’s post history I do believe they’re a fragile man that really ought to touch more grass.

They also alleged the accident was due to a lack of proper equipment, including clamping mechanisms equipped with interlocking mechanisms (which would be impossible to open while the chamber system was still under pressure), outboard pressure gauges, and a safe communication system, all of which had been held back because of dispensations by the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate.
Fatigue may also have taken its toll on the crew, who had been working for longer than 12 hours
Builder of the rig Aker ASA’s Gross Profit was 7.16B
Norway’s oil and gas tax revenue soars to record $89 bln
Imagine forcing your workers into more than 12h shifts, running on 30 year old equipment, the government straight up refusing to upgrade said equipment, while making billions in profits - they don’t call it gross profit for no reason…

Settling doesn’t prove innocence nor guilt - but as #MeToo has shown - SA is so prevalent that’s it’s usually better to err on the side of caution and assume the worst instead of claiming “fame” as a reason people try to seek justice from their abusers.

The "rping blob" saying “I hope that my sister gets the help she needs to find peace, but this needs to end. For many years, she has relentlessly and falsely attacked me and other members of my family to anyone who will listen” - sounds a lot like denial, deflection and victim blaming - having read her blog all I can see is just someone trying to heal from very real SA trauma and sharing her experience so others know they’re not alone. And suing her abuser for said abuse isn’t a “pursuit of a financial bonanza” but a very real recognition of the trauma she’s been left to deal with while her abuser is praised for his ingenuity and given a “boys will be boys” excuse for rpe.
