  I played so many games from 8yo to 22yo that I legit ran out of games to play, I emulated old consoles. I played on good hardware, I played competitive games, single player. at some point after my first year out of highschool I was like damn I’ve rna out of games to play.

  I guess it helped that the game industry ran out of juice in the last decade or so and the number of games that interest me plummeted (probably because I’m older also)

  I was literally looking at this stupid Chinese product I bought for installation instructions on YouTube and the comments were just bots spamming how great the product is and how much they love it or needed it.

  Pokemon is literally the same game over and over, I hugely regretted my purchase of pokemon x cause it was literally a cloned game with barely any new features. It’s probably Nintendo’s most effective cash cow in terms of effort to capital reward.

  this failing isn’t on you though. AAA games is not what it used to be, I feel like between 2008 to 2014 game companies have all progressed and transitioned into something they didn’t use to be.

  my $4k gaming PC at this point is a glorified FFXIV machine although, I do plan to play other things soon.

  there are many world class western musicians so people reading my criticism will probably think in targeting western music as whole.

  Western music has a history of taking pride in lack of music education, obviously with rock gods trying to convince their audience that “they don’t know what chords are” and such.

  Obviously when compared to a society that prides itself on education and “trying” at hobbies (otaku), then you get to see some insane 6D jazz chords and solos from outer space

  Biggest lie Western musicians have sold to their audience is the music theory will “take away” something from their music/originality

  and hopefully moving forward they need to think of an alternative to dumping a 40hr story as a prerequisite to playing the freshest content.

  don’t get me wrong im not against the ff story but at some point it will literally be “play 700 hrs of solo questing to play with your friends who just recommended you FFXIV”

  which leads me to my next point. your friends must find playing with you enjoyable enough. which means that the early game stuff needs a rework as well pressing 2 buttons is just not very fun

  I’ve also noticed that this warning’s timing is quite random.

  I always listen to music on my commutes and they’ve been the same commute for 2 years and Ive only seen this warning like four or five times completely out of the blue.
