  Speed limits are somewhat enforced in Germany. Just because you can floor it at times does not mean you can go 100 in a 50.

  That’s not what Bitrate means. They use a lossy compression to send you the video. When targeting lower bandwidth/bitrate you see more artifacting.

  I would hazard a guess that it ain’t work like that.

  You need a moderator to facilitate a slow fisson reaction. Some of the produced neutrons have misfit speed to create another fisson reaction.

  Also note that fissile and radioactive is not the same, but you used them correctly.

  Cooking qs a Hobby is not throwing together a Quick meal, but actually making an effort to cook. I.e. trying new things, cooking homemade pizza or even a roast.
