  There was some sorcery involved, yes. But that does not mean it wasn’t a fundamentally easy problem. Orbital mechanics are the easiest and cleanest physics around. That’s why classical mechanics was so incredibly useful: it’s a near perfect predictor for movement in the sky. There ain’t no friction no nothing. Just clean positions, gravity, and propulsion.

  In case one didn’t know: we do this in part since our anatomy does handle high temperatures better than foreign organisms. Hence it disrupts their lifecycle aiding in defense.

  There is no vegan butter that holds a candle to real butter though. And there are also feces in flour and most other foodstuffs. Can’t reliably pest proof food stores and fields without exterminating all life. Just cause it sounds disgusting doesn’t mean it is.
