Tried this once while watching Matilda when I got to that scene. Paused it and went to the store and bought a gallon of milk, then stopped by portillos and got a chocolate cake.
Later that night I had big regrets

My company switched to unlimited PTO about 2 months before my son was born. Prior to the change the policy for paternity leave was 2 weeks plus any vacation days you wanted to spend. I had 2 weeks at that point so was looking forward to spending a month off with my new boy and helping the Mrs recover.
With the new policy they eliminated paternity leave and just had unlimited PTO. I had to press really hard for them to finally say to just take the month off and that they only would start to look at people who take more than 3 weeks off.

Not sure how it works in the UK, but about 20% of USPS budget comes from junk mail. So if it went away that deficit would have to come from somewhere. I’m fine with that coming out of my taxes for that service, but Republicans would whine and bitch.
Also about 60% of our mail is junk mail…

Thanks. It’s never easy losing our furry friends. They give their everything to us while they are in our lives. Only fair we give everything when they go.

Had to go trough this with our 3yr old 2 years ago. dog got an untreatable cancer diagnosis. We bought a daniel tiger book about his fish dying and read it to her quite a few times. We also kept mentioning that the dog was sick. A couple of months later the dog had to be put to sleep, we did this during her naptime and told her beforehand that she was going to die like the fish in the book.
My daughter was sad after, but not devastated (I was) and to this day she will out of nowhere say that she misses our dog Bailey

Will the end result of this be panacea for the indie Dev? Essentially all the major producers end up killing off all their talent by forcing AI, and those folks now form their own indie studios and make the games we actually want.

Best bet is sell whatever car you have and buy a high performance MidRear vehicle. That shifts the center of balance making a PIT much harder/higher risk to the point where they won’t try
