“The Greens have said they will wipe $81 billion in student debt — but how will they pay for it?”
Well, how about a single mining company paying even a teeny bit of tax?
Imagine that!

Civ 5 was great for this. Me and another old fart in our 40s played it against each other.

Agree. 40 was easy. Upcoming 50 is the real deal. 40 I was actually still good looking, fit, etc. 50, the aging is real. Introspection, reflecting, etc all been going on for some time.

It’s going to destroy so many businesses. Imagine when only one software company can afford that ad? Or one real estate agent. Or one shoe repairer. It’s a literal budding war for the one and only answer / result. It’s despicable.

Oh surprise. The UK spying on its citizens, at a micro spend level. It’s bizarre to me, how the good people of the UK love to bend over that barrel so easily.

The official rate doesn’t matter anymore anyway. The banks are usually way above the official rate. Scavenging psychopaths.

I just feel, that now the infrastructure is in place, that making it affordable would encourage people to use it. If it were say .50c, or $1, I can imagine over 90% of people tapping. Who can say though.

- Comment on Unity scraps runtime fee, hikes subscriptions instead 2 months ago:
If I were to lose 25% of my profits to a price hike, our business would suffer. As would all of us in the business. The stress would be real.
To those businesses that can absorb a 25% loss, and the staff are not hurt, and be OK that’s great.

The paywall in open source business apps is infuriating. I’d rather they just go full commercial.
