  I played Black Desert for a time.

  First problem was I couldn’t buy it. My bank refused to let me buy it. I had to go in, say yes that is my attempt, then they preapproved a third attempt. I did tell them to block it after that though, so no microtransactions.

  Second, wow classes were like locked to a single sex which is weird. But oh well.

  Then very very grindy.

  But! Heeey absolutely beautiful even on my old shit computer. Loved that. Also loved exploring!

  When being flat, so before bed. I’m too busy in the shower trying to scrub down and the water sounds erase thought. Same with dishes. Human sounds erase thought in public. The bedroom is quiet. Too quiet.

  I found the lactose intolerance slightly lessened recently by eating probiotics.

  First time I visited now husband’s house, he had a row of action figures up on the lintels. They are Babylon 5 figurines.

  Yes. I’ve played the Iron Realms ones still. People have opinions about them being pay to win. Several are in legacy mode now though which means no official support anymore but also no pay to win.

  Everything I’ve seen from Ball/Kerr has been safe canning recipes! Love their stuff, use their website for recipes often.

  Our household of three uses so little water we are almost always charged the minimum amount and that’s after my penchant for baths.

  I love baths. I love bubble bath.

  Cat also loves baths. Cat is dangerous. It adds to the ambiance of the bathing experience.

  It only feels good to me if I woke up because I’m feeling rested! If it’s because something woke me up, it makes me wanna cry. But I’m usually being woken up like 30 minutes before time and no way I’m getting more sleep.

  When I was a young teenager, we were getting out of the minivan. I was holding onto the door thing between the sliding door (where I was coming from) and the front passenger where my grandmother was.

  She proceeded to slam the front door shut on my hand.

  It closed and locked.

  “I think the door is shut on my hand” I said because it was sudden. And I was a kid.

  “What?” said dad. I started to repeat myself before he processed it and he fucking freaaaked, climbing inside the van to unlock it from the driver’s side, shouting about grabbing my fingers to get them reattached and they opened the door

  and

  My hand is fine. Fingers still attached. Only thing on them was a thin line across the knuckles. We iced them but it didn’t hurt.

  He spent the rest of the day once we got home trying to slam him own hands to see how it happened lmao

  My test is mostly how do they treat my visibly disabled husband. Who also is older than me and looks it. I don’t like being treated like I’m his nurse. I understand why they might think daughter so I’m ambivalent towards that. A lot of people are short and snippy with him because he’s harder to understand and that gets me upset.
