My IBS doesn’t agree with hot chili, so it’s Japanese for me. They have wasabi, but it’s optional and it’s an essential oils (? IDK, I’m ESL)-based hotness, so it’s less hard on the digestive tract.
Also, AFAIK regular Japanese food is also vegetable-centric, that’s just not usually what’s served as fast food.
I see no reason to choose
Yes, I do.
I used to prefer Japanese, but it’s Korean by a landslide, now. I’ve pretty much cut out empty-calorie foods, so noodles no longer have much attraction to me. And I prefer ceviche now over sushi & sashimi. And I love vegetables and spicy food.
Depends on my mood.
