Was watching Fionna and Cake and really getting the feels from Simon Petrikov. Like what if I did just like. Go be mentally ill again. Being a normie with a job isn’t working out great. You know what was great? Hot shower / cold beer. Gonna try therapy one more time but like. Ugh. Morally pure characters are unrealistic.
Morally grey, nuanced characters are much more interesting, compelling, and relatable.

Movies with political or religious messaging have main characters who are pure in certain ideals; which is why they are boring to many.
This applies to any films with that since the 1920s
