  Had an acoustic guitar come complete destroyed and smooshed once. Fucjing FedEx.

  They refused to admit fault even with heavy proof. Thankfully, fender came to the rescue and replaced it for free. Still wont use FedEx if I dont have to. That was like over 15 years ago.
