Wrinkles come from crosslinks in the extracellular matrix if I remember correctly (check out AGEs cross links) so I guess the answer would be quite the same.

I’m surprised at the number of people saying “yes” here. I’m a gay guy and have never studied anyones balls closely enough to know if the wrinkles are uniform every time.
