No, it gives some people GI issues when they’re starting it or changing the dosage because it alters how your intestines work. For me it actually makes me constipated though when I up the dose. It is honestly a pretty amazing drug.

No, metformin does, but the others only give the shits if you way over indulge on carbs and sugar, like eat a whole cake. Source partner is on zepbound

Everyone is different i guess. I am on metformin and do not have any of that, also my doctor specifically said to look out for this and if it lasts longer than 1 week without subsiding to contact them because thats not normal and would need to change to something else.
