As much as the window seat is nice, the aisle is more practical because going to the loo.

Absolutely, that’s why I picked the aisle in the middle row at first!

Personally (and YMMV - I am a short arse) I would pick an aisle seat even if there’s others in the row. Middle sucks on long haul. Aisle means you can put your feet out a bit and get up and stretch anytime. Seats can fill up and change at the last minute. And if there are empty seats near you you can move. Just wait until after take off and give a nod to the flight staff to check it’s ok

I love the window because I love looking out but aisle is good too . Behind the middle door or bulkhead is good for extra space.
my fave of course is upstairs on the airbus 380 , but that is pricy
I just like flying, big plane, tiny plane, it’s all fun 😊 ( unless next to crying baby or Sir Less Patterson )

Spring clean/New years clean
I’m wrecked and the energy is still draining out of me like a faulty battery… Overdid it. But the back/storage room I sorted the other day looks so empty and clean. Even broomed the carpet to remove cat hair before vacuuming. When I’ve rested up I’ll go through stuff again and continue to get rid of whatever. I’m deciding whether to sell off some of my equipment/projects. They were a good idea but really they’re taking up space if not being used and don’t think I can do it anymore.
Cat health
Melbcat is unlikely to get rid of her infection. The specialist vet doesn’t think it adds risk and will let the surgeons know the deal. If they don’t want to go ahead I’ll try to get her in on the medical side at the same place so they can try managing it.

hugs, seems to me you’re a powerhouse , you work hard and get tired like the rest of us, no one works as hard as you and stays fresh as a daisy

I’m not meant to go so hard but I have an inspection, also I want this place clean and minimal for easy upkeep
