  He wishes, he doesnt have the nerve to kill a person, like eye to eye kill someone. He has no problem doing things that lead them to suffer and die, but actually doing it, no. Hes a money rich child with no backbone and a drug issue (and a mangled penis), all of which could be solved if he saw a medical professional.
