  You let one ant stand up to us, then they all might stand up. Those puny little ants outnumber us a hundred to one. And if they ever figure that out, there goes our way of life! It’s not about food. It’s about keeping those ants in line.

    All I remember about Antz is the terrifying termite war scene. I had nightmares about that.

      Obviously it’s cause they’re similar and came out at the same time. And dealt with similar themes. And features ants as the protagonists. While Antz looks like it was rushed to get a release window beside A Bug’s Life, it was actually in development for far longer.
