in my organization, the last few years has meant a lot of new hires and only hotel spaces at the office. our “ceo” is enforcing the policy that is on paper, from years ago.
it’s effective in October and already people are quitting or worrying about where they are going to sit. i have an office and probably don’t need to worry because of seniority but… what a cluster fuck

The boss at my old job is pushing to make people go in. It’s like a 2 hour commute for half the team. He doesn’t care. He wants people working on the weekend, too
He’s an Iranian immigrant that loves musk. No one should be abducted and sent to a death camp but if they got him it would feel almost karmic.
