If you always do, then that means it’s normal, by definition.

What are the odds of being so odd? Even if it’s concerning negative characteristics, I think it’s a bit arrogant, for lack of a better word, to think yourself so special.

???
This is an odd sticking point (same with another comment), it doesn’t even seem relevant to either thought (especially the first) other than it being asserted already by the inclusion of the comic.
Maybe not-special is true or maybe differences can brushed aside, but either way these thoughts are likely conclusions from their lived experiences and even a nice interpretation of the comic seems more like a cold comfort that doesn’t change much going forward. It probably has more impact if someone does live in/near a big city (particularly a place like Portland), but that is a bit of a leap to assume.

Thinking you’re that fundamentally different to the rest of the human race because you’re lonely and probably improperly socialized is just not it. Maybe they’re just a bit on the spectrum, which makes them at most part of a sizable minority, maybe you’re just a bit anxious and in your head (and that still doesn’t make you special)… It’s a show of childish self-pity with aftertastes of vanity, IMO, so what I posted was the first thing that came to mind/heart.

Side 1, pointing at brain: Ah, see there’s something wrong with the firmware here, or maybe it’s a hardware issue. Unclear if it’s even an error (it may serve some purpose), but it does negatively impact living. Made even worse by recall-worthy issues outside of the brain.
Side 2: Despite (or perhaps because of) my shortcomings I am very human, I know I am just another multi-cellular organism. But it does not matter. Nothing valued is here, I cannot go elsewhere.
Side 3: Yeah, I lack public transportation or things that come with it (I’m in a sparse area).

The older you get the more you realize everyone is the same. Your problems are not unique, there’s no need to feel like you’re the only one. We’re all human. Talk with people.

Everyone is a people, except non-people

I get that having problems is not unique and everyone has their own. Some people have worse or more numerous ones. Some people have fewer or less severe ones. Some people may share some of the same problems as you. Some people may not.
But one thing that is sometimes frustrating for me is that my particular set of problems makes it more difficult to connect with others and can be a bit more isolating than other kinds of problems. When your problems are social and/or sexual in nature, they affect your ability to have relationships (both platonic and romantic), which can be more isolating than other types of problems can be.

Your problems aren’t unique. But that 3% is fuckin weird.

oh but I am unique though. /s
