You would think a person would not do it cause all the results are .gov.
A dirty bomb isn’t sophisticated though… just blow up an ordinary explosive in the same container as some radioactive material of some kind. The specifics don’t even matter. It’s the middle school dropout of weapons, no class no style it just lashes at everyone indiscriminately.
Because they don’t talk online about how cool it was they just learned how to commit terrorism.
