My biggest problem with BL3 was the baddies. I never played BL1 (I know, I’ll get to it). But BL2 with Handsome Jack, you just love to hate him he was such an onion (with layers). And Pre Sequel was forgettable. BL3 was SO much fun the gunplay was fantastic, and some of the side quests were pretty alright. I just hope BL4 is not a cringe fest zoomer humor.
My body is ready
Holding all judgement till reviews. 1+2 were awesome. 3 was a definite low point and then it explored new and exciting depths of the brightest dumpster fire with that abortion of a “movie”.
If they take the writing in a more serious direction and tone down the ridiculous amount of legendary loot drops I think this could be amazing
I’m an absolute Borderlands slut so I am pumped for this. I really hope the monetisation scheme is fine and that they added some QoL features I’ve been wanting since 2012 (multi quest trackers?!) but either way I’ll probably play this.
why does that imagery at the beginning say to me “none of you asked for this but you’re getting it anyways”
I just wanted to raid vaults for alien tech and be rich. Kinda hoped they would lean more into the vault hunting aspect but it dropped it entirely.
That mech-woman seems like a direct copy of Kerrigan from StarCraft, their faction even assimilates others.
