For some reason it just falls into the same category in my head as all the other horrible shit happening around the world. With all the wars and genocide and torture and starvation, i just cant bring myself to care about the US election. I know rationally that all those things will be worsened to some degree by trump, but it just doesnt evoke anything in me.
If it wasn’t going g to happen now it was going to happen 4 years from now. These people were never going to go away. Now we just have to let them burn the country down to completion before people come back to their senses. It sucks we have to be the ones living through it though
