    Seitan, legumes (so many options), nutritional yeast, spelt hemp seeds, peas, spirulina, quinoa, oats, wild rice, all nuts, mycoprotein (mushrooms). 🤷

      Exactly. There’s just SO MUCH of variety in protein options for vegans! Add that to the ungodly amount of ways you can cook the ingredients!!!
