    So why don’t Conservatives want social safety nets for kids in low-income families, or subsidized food programs for them at schools?

    Why are we underfunding education programs and foster care systems?

    Why aren’t we providing children with mental health support, gender-affirming care, and free counseling?

    We deserve reps who care about kids after they leave the womb too. If you’re going to make that point you should be advocating for these services as well.
