This mortgage app thing sucks. Looking like can only get enough for a revolting cookie cutter joint in Kath & Kim Land.
In better news I have found Bruce the Chimera Cat. We WANTS him we does.
And Tax sorting out bit booked. With Boyo’s ex FWB which will probably explode some people’s brains. 😹
Friend of mine sent me the trailer for a movie called Late Night with the Devil. It looks so good. And no cinema near me appears to be showing it.
Anyone here sleep with noise cancelling earbuds in? Looking to cancel out some snoring next to me. I’m a side sleeper though, so not sure how that’ll go with earbuds in. Currently do not own any so can’t really test it…
Um excuuuuuuse ME. Women don’t snore. We purr.
Speak for yourself. I’ve been informed I can impersonate a MAC truck.
NOT airpods pro. They suck for side sleepers.
Have you tried a fan or similar? Sleeping near noise I find it to be partially an anticipation or regularity problem. A broken snore pattern isn’t too bad, a regular one is. The drip hole in the gutter pinging at precise intervals is unbearable!
Side sleeper and regular washing machine/snore like truck = Llab. Although to myself can’t sleep if someone gets to a snoring before me.
So I’ve tried a few, though YMMV. Anything hard is a no: EarPods, Loops, Earphones etc., all hurt in time.
Soft plugs for me take time to get use to. Ones I have used for riding have been Alpine and Surefire. ATM for riding I love the Surefire Sonic Defenders EP5. Haven’t tried them in bed, but they might be a bit too suctiony.
Honestly though, if I was a flat out back sleep and could get my Sony 1000XM5 headphones to stay on… That would be heaven.
I have some Loops and side sleep. Haven’t tried the combo. You might get too much pressure which can cause damage.
I do - I am also a side sleeper, but having used earbuds for a while, and a pillow that, while firm, has a cushiony layer, I’m used to the feeling of them. I almost need them to sleep, now
What earbuds do you use? I’m looking at some Soundcore A10s.
I got some blue blocker spectacles for the dark morning dog walks to take out some of the high intensity headlights and they’re working a treat. It seems to have become fashion round me to have auto-high-beams on, which is a cunts act in suburbia with pedestrians about.
See u tomorrow 👁️
I think you’re missing an eye. Have one of mine, I have 7 👁️
Night night cobber
I’m quite surprised, but nothing seems to be handling my timezone change well. I ordered a desert and they told me I had 45 minutes to add more things (it should only be 15). And last night my banking app was telling me the choccy I bought at 11:36 was bought on friday the 22nd - which they call “today”, but the stamps I bought a few hours before were bought on Thursday which they also counted as “today”. I thought everything would just adapt to the timezone change and I wouldn’t even notice it
