    I mean, it's literally word for word an adaptation of a common racist question with one word dropped. "Would you rather run into a bear(or wolf, or whatever dangerous animal) or a black man" has been around with the racists for a long time.

    I think the argument is interesting.

    Absolutely no one would support this if the question was instead "If you're alone in the woods would you rather come across a bear or a black/Mexican/Arab/whatever person". However, since right now it's socially popular to group men into a monolithic group and demonize them the man vs bear question and is a very funny and popular meme.

    You can understand the point of the meme and still understand that it denigrates half the poplulation and creates toxic discord towards people who are perfectly good human beings.

  Women choosing to pick one thing over another is not sexist. Saying that it is because they choose not to pick men, is sexist. You are trying to tell women what to choose and that is just wrong and actually sexist. Go take your view to the incels, I’m sure your popular there.

      No, your opinion is sexist. I’m sure if you took your opinion to the one of the abrahamic churches or incels you would be very very popular. Your opinion should be unpopular but when we have large institutions that are very sexist pushing this lame, lazy kind of thinking… it’s hard to make progress towards true equality.
