Comment on figs 1 & 2
chuckleslord@lemmy.world 2 years agoI mean, that article says it is true. It’s not a live or a whole wasp, but there is a wasp used to grow the fig. It’s just broken down in such a way that it’s impossible to distinguish the waspy bits from the figgy bits. Like when you eat nachos. Eventually, some part of you will be made of nachos, but it would be impossible to tell those parts apart from another other parts.
